Hi, I'm Anna
I'm a project manager. A parent. An expat living in Berlin, Germany.
A few years ago, I relocated here with my family. What began as a temporary contract gradually turned into a new chapter of life abroad.
How It Started
Moving to Germany wasn’t part of the master plan. Like many international relocations, it started as a job opportunity and grew into something far bigger.
The initial months were demanding — new systems, new routines, new expectations. Everyday tasks seemed more complicated than expected.
The Adjustment Period
There was cultural adjustment, doubt, and plenty of learning through doing. Gradually, routines settled in. We found places that suited us, connected with other families, and began shaping something that felt steady.
Why I Built Panel Path Cipher
Most information online was either corporate relocation guidance or superficial tourism content. What was missing was real, everyday family insight.
This site exists to bridge that gap — practical tips drawn from real-life life in Germany.
What This Site Is (And Isn't)
This site IS:
- Hands-on insights from living in Germany
- Centered on family life and day-to-day realities
- Updated whenever a real change occurs
This site ISN'T:
- Not a tourism board resource
- Not a sponsored review site
- Not a generic travel blog
Looking Ahead
Our stint in Germany goes on, as does the ongoing learning journey. As long as the information remains helpful, I’ll continue recording what we uncover.
If you have questions about family life in Berlin or anywhere in Germany, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards,
Anna
